The transmucosal height measurer tools are used to assist in the selection of intermediates. Its markings measure the distance between the top of the implant and the superior edge of of the peri-implant mucosa.
There are seven markings: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm, 4.5mm and 5.5mm.
