Chief complaint: Patient came to the office seeking esthetic improvement on tooth 46
Initial evaluation
In the initial clinical examination, an unsatisfactory composite restoration was observed, with color change and marginal infiltration in tooth 46.
Treatment performed with Vittra APS Unique and Vittra APS Unique Flow
The old unsatisfactory restoration was replaced using unichromatic composites Vittra APS Unique and Vittra APS Unique Flow, restoring esthetics and function. The unichromatic composites used in this clinical case promoted a significant reduction in working time, practicality, safety, due to their chameleon effect, capable of matching the shades of the substrates perfectly.

1 | Initial appearance of the old restoration.
2 | Complete isolation of the operative field.
3 | Aspect of the cavity after removal of the old restoration.
4 | Selective enamel etching with Condac 37 for 15 seconds.
5 | Application of Ambar Universal APS adhesive on enamel and dentin, with a Cavibrush microapplicator and subsequent photoactivation
6 | Whitish aspect of Vittra APS Unique Flow composite, before polymerization
7 | Whitish aspect of Vittra APS Unique composite, before polymerization.
8 | Finishing with diamond drill.
9 | Polishing sequence with polishing tips.
10 | Finalization of the polishing with a Diamond Flex felt disk and Diamond Excel diamond paste
11 | Final aspect of the restoration with unichromatic composites.
