Longer working time: Working time under ambient light long enough to perform the restoration at once.
Efficiency and agility: Single-filling composite
Great curing depth: Possibility of increments of up to 5mm.
Greater opacity: The composite has enough translucency to allow a good depth of cure and becomes more esthetic and opaquer after photopolymerization.
High mechanical strength: Approximately 79% of mass fillers.
Shade predictability: Minimal change in visual shade before and after photopolymerization.
Recommendations
Direct restorations in posterior teeth (permanent and deciduous) in increments of up to 5mm, including the occlusal surface;
Class V restorations (cervical caries, root erosion, wedge-shaped defects)
Reconstructive build-up
Base and lining of direct restorations;
Repair of small defects of the enamel;
Repair of temporary acrylic and resin materials.

Step by step
Step 1 of 5
Prepare the cavity and keep the tooth free from contaminants, preferably with absolute isolation.
Step 2 of 5
The application of phosphoric acid and dental adhesive must follow the protocol of the respective products used.
Step 3 of 5
Apply Opus Bulk Fill APS into the cavity in 5mm increments. Start applying the composite to the deeper portions of the preparation, always condensing against the walls. Finish with dental sculpture.
Step 4 of 5
Light cure for 40 seconds.
Step 5 of 5
Check for occlusal contact, finish and polish the restoration. For finishing, you may use sand-paper disks Diamond Pro (FGM) or burs of fine grit. For polishing, we recommend using felt disks Diamond Flex (FGM) and polishing paste Diamond Excel (FGM).
