Clinical case of teeth whitening using the technique associated with Whiteness HP Maxx consultation whitener and Whiteness Perfect home whitener.

FEMALE PATIENT, 24 YEARS OLD
Dissatisfaction with the yellow color of teeth.
Initial evaluation
During the intra-oral clinical examination, teeth with a very saturated color for the patient’s age were observed, in addition, an end-to-end occlusion was found, which suggested the use of orthodontics, but the patient did not have the financial means for that at the time.
Treatment performed
Initially, prophylaxis was carried out. A week later, the patient returned to begin teeth whitening using the associated technique. Impressions were made, trays were made for take-home use and a syringe of Whiteness Perfect 22% was given to use for a week, every day for 1 hour.
The next session, the Whiteness HP Maxx whitening gel was applied in the office for 15 minutes and then the KF 2% desensitizer for 10 minutes.
A new syringe of Whiteness Perfect 16% was sent to the patient for daily use of 3 hours for 7 days and after this period the patient returned for another session with Whiteness HP Maxx for 15 minutes + KF 2% for 10 minutes.
